Starbucks Reserve at McKinney & Olive

ForeverLawn Texas transformed a commercial space using ForeverLawn® Fusion Pro at the Starbucks Reserve at McKinney & Olive in Dallas, TX. The client, referred by their architect from TBG, recognized the need for this synthetic grass due to the high traffic in the space and the non-functional natural grass that wouldn't grow properly.

The goal of the project was to revitalize the urban space and allow for seating for restaurants and a coffee shop. Taking on a project in downtown Dallas was challenging at times, such as during installation while also managing traffic disruptions and accommodating a mixed-use building with parking demands.

Despite these obstacles, the project was completed efficiently in just one week, with 3,200 square feet of Fusion Pro adorning the outdoor oasis. Our team’s expertise in creating functional, visually appealing landscapes is ideally suited for this type of project and many more in which emulating a brand and maintaining high quality standards are a must.
